Joia Doss created Arli Strategic out of a passion for bringing structure, financial understanding, and strong management to great concepts. With almost 15 years of diversified experience, she’s a seasoned business strategist who has led strategic initiatives for a major beauty conglomerate, managed business operations for an early-stage startup, and gained extensive M&A experience with a Big Four consulting firm.

Joia holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and an Economics degree from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
